In my recent trip to Tokyo I stayed in the Andaz Hotel This hotel occupies 47th to 52nd floors of the Toranomon hills mixed development project and is within 5 minute walking distance to the Toranomon metro station Apart from its convenience another reason why I chose this hotel is its price which is around 75000 yen per night and that is much less expensive than hotels of the same league such as the Peninsula or Aman which would normally cost you between 120000 and 140000 yen With entrance separate from the office of the same building you would have instantly recognised that this is the Andaz hotel as like other Andaz hotels around the world there are plenty of artwork and wood surrounding the lobby On top of that you would also notice that this hotel had injected traditional Japanese architecture elements in its design like the lift lobby of my room Overall this hotel has lived up to the Andaz brands image Not only was it a bargain when compared to other 5 star hotels like Peninsula or even its fabled sister brand Park Hyatt it is also conveniently located and its service was impeccable This is so far my best Andaz stay experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat See my vlog on how good it is
